I have been using New Stitches for a while, for difficult fixes on good quality materials (rips in woollen tartan skirts, widening waist bands on pleated kilts, re fitting zips into leather, tailoring cocktail dresses for best fit, restructuring a favourite mens shirt).
I have been extremely impressed, and grateful for, the originality and problem solving approach New Stitches bring to each challenge, and their tailoring skills in making old clothes work as new again.
My experiences of their customer service are very different from a previous post: Possibly crossed wires language/culturally can cause misunderstanding. My experience is certainly a positive one.
