His knowledge and training techniques are first class.
He is friendly and personable without being too intrusive. Makes each session comfortable which is definitely something that as a women is welcomed.
He listens to what you want and need to achieve and uses the best equipment and techniques to make it happen.
He always goes the extra mile and is available after training sessions and on weekends with advice or information about nutrition.
You will always receive a friendly text in the week to check on progress and motivational messages to help you get through the week if you are struggling.
Having never used a personal trainer before, I can honestly say I am happy that I have Mark as a trainer.
Whilst I am not at my fitness or weight goal, I know that once I reach this target I will continue to use him to ensure I am able to maintain my weight and fitness levels.
