She gave me a quote based on some photos, and worked around my schedule - coming round on a Saturday. She worked in torrential rain and after the work was done, made the area cleaner than when she'd started. The job had a few issues (very tight space, crumbly bricks to drill through, and plenty of very old pipework to contend with), but it was like she was enjoying the challenge. I don't want anyone to do any more plumbing in my house but her (and her apprentice, who was great too)!"
